Metal varnish, enriched with modified polyurethane alkyd resins for use on new or oxidized metals previously treated with OWATROL® OIL. It is used where we want to maintain the natural appearance of the surface.

Application:

  • Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from oils, fats, salt, dirt, and previous coatings before applying OXID Vernis.
  • Remove all previous coatings by sandblasting, sanding, or using a stripper.
  • Use an appropriate solvent according to the substrate and contamination, e.g. PURATROL, acetone, to clean the surface.
