Certified organic honey collected from the fir forests of the highest villages in the Evrytania region, on the slopes of the Agrafa mountains at an altitude of 1200m.

No processing is carried out except for mechanical cleaning and processing, in order to preserve all its nutritional properties intact.

Area included in the NATURA 2000 protection zone.
