Μια χαρά. Τις ακινητοποιεί ή τις σκοτώνει τις κοινές σφήκες (Vespula germanica)
Δοκιμάστηκε το καλοκαίρι και με μεγάλη σφήκα (Vespa crabro)

την έριξε κάτω. Δεν την σκότωσε ακαριαία. Αλλά της έκαψε το σύστημα των φτερών προφανώς.
