      It is not greasy but has a rich milky texture. The only milk among those I have tried that removes makeup well (not perfectly). It does not irritate the eyes nor cause acne. I use it for double cleansing and it is much better than oils and balms because my skin (as I have noticed with others as well) is intolerant to mineral oil and certain oils.
