Description

A turntable that, in addition to its impressive appearance, will also win impressions with its sound performance. High-quality construction as the casing is made of solid wood and its construction is handmade while it also includes a counterweight for proper "balancing" of the arm. Additionally, it features a Bluetooth receiver, built-in speakers, Aux input, USB / Mp3 player, and the ability to record vinyls in digital format (MP3).

With this feature, you can use the turntable's speakers as Bluetooth speakers. That is, you can connect your laptop / smartphone to the Fenton RP162 turntable and listen to your favorite music (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) from its speakers. Or you can connect your Bluetooth headphones or speakers to the turntable, so you can listen to the vinyl music on them.

We wanted a white turntable as we didn't want it to be too eye-catching. We wanted it to have a cover because we have a cat and were afraid the cat would become the DJ. We wanted it to have the smallest possible depth as we have limited space. So we ended up with this turntable because of these requirements.

Are there turntables with better sound? Obviously. With 500 and 1000 Euros, there are amazing machines.

With the same money, can someone buy a much better used one? Yes, they can. I also looked for used ones but didn't find anything I liked.

Can someone with a little more money buy a new turntable with a better cartridge? Obviously. However, they did not meet the requirements of the first paragraph.

All this critical analysis and logical arguments disappeared when I connected the turntable to the Yamaha radio amplifier and the wooden speakers. I played Off the Wall, the Funk album by the King of Pop, and after that, everything else was over. Goodbye. The magic began.
