The shoes are the best value for money shoe for powerlifting that you will find. However, the only negative for me is that it tightens the toes quite a bit and sometimes you can't grip the ground well. I mainly use them for squats and they really increase the range of motion for those who don't have ankle flexibility. However, for those who want, they can also get the open toebox shoe from Tyr that doesn't bother the toes, but it's 50€ more.
Τα παπούτσια είναι το καλύτερο VFM παπούτσι για powerlifting που θα βρείτε, παρ όλα αυτά όμως το μόνο αρνητικό για εμένα είναι ότι σφίγγει αρκετά τα δάχτυλα μεταξύ τους και καμιά φορά δεν μπορείς να πατήσεις καλά στο έδαφος. Τα χρησιμοποιώ κυρίως για καθίσματα και πραγματικά αυξάνουν πολύ το εύρος κίνησης για εκείνους που δεν έχουν ευλιγισια στους αστραγάλους. Πάντως για εκείνους που θέλουν, μπορούν να πάρουν και το ανοιχτό toebox παπούτσι από την Tyr που δεν ενοχλεί στα δάχτυλα, αλλά είναι 50€ πάνω.
The shoe is mediocre. I use it exclusively for squats. It came with a defect (cracked in the front near the big toe) and I thought it wasn't important but it's extremely annoying. I didn't return it because I got tired and now I'm looking for something else.
I bought it for €79 and now I see it has gone up. It's not worth it.
The adidas size guide is a joke. According to it, since my foot measures 29 centimeters, I should have ordered size 47 and 1/3. I got size 46 and 2/3 and they are huge.
Το υπόδημα μέτριο. Το χρησιμοποιώ αποκλειστικά για σκουάτ. Μου ήρθε με ελάττωμα (τσακισμένο μπροστά στο μεγάλο δάκτυλο) και νόμιζα ότι δεν είναι σημαντικό αλλά είναι εκνευριστικότατο. Δεν το επέστρεψα γιατί βαρέθηκα και τώρα ψάχνω για άλλα..
Το αγόρασα στα 79€ και τώρα βλέπω έχει ανέβει. Δεν αξίζει.
Ο οδηγός μεγεθών της adidas είναι για γέλια. Σύμφωνα μ΄αυτόν καθότι η πατούσα μου έχει μήκος 29 εκατοστά, έπρεπε να παραγγείλω 47 κ' 1/3. Πήρα 46 κ΄ 2/3 και είναι τεράστια.
5*. For workouts, whether weightlifting or crossfit, it's perfect. For deadlifts, I don't think it's recommended as it puts the body in an unfavorable position. However, it is still possible to do them with it.
5*. Για προπονήσεις είτε άρση βαρών είτε crossfit ότι πρέπει. Για άρσεις θανάτου δε νομίζω οτι ενδείκυται τόσο καθώς φέρει το σώμα σε μη συμφέρουσα θέση. Παρόλαυτα είνα εφικτό να κάνεις και με αυτά.
