It operates on oil and heats water through the combustion process, which is then transported via pipes to heat the radiators. A separate oil tank is required for fuel pumping. A burner must be purchased for combustion activation. Additionally, it has the capability to heat the space's air through ducts, allowing it to function as an air boiler. Its cast iron design offers durability against corrosion, while its sensitivity to sudden temperature changes differs from that of a steel boiler. An important advantage is the ability to replace only the worn parts without needing to replace the entire boiler.
