This is the 8th Silicon Power drive I have bought and the 4th of this model (1 out of the 4 is 4TB). If the number seems excessive, it's because I have a huge amount of media (videos and – mainly – music) and because I buy them in pairs (1 + 1 for backup) since I've learned my lesson. These drives are expensive (and getting more expensive by the day) but I have been impressed by their build, speed, and – so far – their reliability. They are recognized immediately and also disconnect instantly, without making you nervous. One of them (Armor A66) is permanently connected, turning on and off with my computer. So far, I recommend them unreservedly, but I will keep a small reservation, as is required for all drives, and I will return in the future with new information.

P.S. Skroutz should someday invite its customers for comparative product reviews. For example, I have used and have an opinion about external drives from almost all companies on the market (Western Digital, Seagate, Lacie, Toshiba, Intenso, Silicon Power, Adata, Transcend) and I know well – from both the good and the bad – all their pros and cons
