For the money, it's good. I have bought 2 and they have been working for 3 years. It does not have the ability to record to the cloud, and I can view the image from the app on my mobile.

Tragic software. It doesn't connect to anything with wifi, it only works on the internet in Firefox (!), and even there, if you download a plugin, it's no longer recognized. Money wasted. Tragic company, software level of first-year computer science students.

The best camera to throw your money away. In fact, I bought 2(!). Good only for portraits since the lens is almost a telephoto lens instead of a wide-angle lens as a security camera should have. The software is problematic. At some point, after various hardware resets, it happened to work. The only way to monitor my living room with it is either to mount it on the ceiling or to extend my living room (it is about 10 meters, I will have to extend it to at least 20 meters to see something in the center). Its resolution is among the worst on the market. The front camera of a Chinese phone worth 50 euros has better resolution. When it changes from day to night, it makes a loud "click" noise from its relay. Also, green and red lights turn on from the back. In other words, it notifies everyone that there is a camera in the room!!!

As long as it works, it's fine. Ability to view images on the phone through the d-link application. Relatively easy setup.
The downside is that it broke quickly, after 2 years of purchase (so out of warranty). The red light got stuck and according to d-link service, the software "got stuck" causing me to lose remote access. It cannot be repaired, so it's going to be thrown away. It seems to be a common problem for many, as I saw on the internet.
So, it's good only if you're lucky and the camera software doesn't get stuck.

Easy installation, good image with low lighting, excellent in daylight, also moderate coverage angle and poor sound.
