MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and greater temperature retention with the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC ceramic material, which accumulates heat and increases the temperature in the oven. Complete combustion of particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the smoke path. This process increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy use while minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The air supply to the inserts comes exclusively from the outside thanks to the built-in air intake connector fi 125 mm. It is controlled by an adjustable arm with a controller under the door. This solution eliminates errors of incorrect use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and flawlessly.

The insert has a double air system for the combustion chamber. The primary air, which allows ignition, is supplied by a system of holes in the enclosure. Additionally, the insert is equipped with the Clea Glass system (air curtain), so that air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. This way, oxygen is provided to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where the post-combustion of gases produced during wood burning occurs. At the same time, it reduces harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere. This air system allows precise control of the combustion process.

Additionally, maximum heat use is due to the densely placed heaters.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The unit meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which defines the maximum CO emission.

MAXIMUM SAFETY
The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. The glass offered is of certified quality and safety. The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures through the use of high-quality steel. Excellent tightness thanks to the solid welding done with protective nitrogen welding. Steel elements cut with lasers using modern equipment, and then bent in CNC analyzers.

COMFORTABLE USE
The insert without a grate offers the so-called ash burning effect. In practice, this means that the fuel burns to fine ash, which is the minimum amount. Thus, the thermal energy produced from the wood is fully utilized. Reduced soot deposition through the clean glass system (air curtain).

The air curtain separates the glass from the chamber, so the glass does not get dirty and releases more heat into the room. The insert can be easily raised thanks to the adjustable legs. The model features a movable exhaust outlet, so there is no need to purchase additional angles for installation.
