The Lavender essential oil is a 100% natural essential oil derived from the flowers of genuine Lavender, which are cultivated in a fully natural way in selected mountainous regions of Veria. It is sourced from the distillation of the flowers of the variety Lavandula angustifolia var. Hemus and has a sweet and fresh aroma of medium fragrant note.

The Lavender essential oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, while soothing insect bites, burns, sinusitis, skin irritations, and headaches. It is also used in aromatherapy, providing physical and mental relaxation and well-being. It helps combat anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, hyperactivity, and muscle tension.

Recommended uses:

• For insomnia, 4-5 drops in an oil burner, or 2-3 drops in the corner of the pillow.
• For relaxation and rejuvenation, add 10 drops to the bathtub.
• For skin problems, add 2 drops to 10ml of almond oil and apply gently with a cotton ball to the specific area of the skin.
• For a pleasant scent on clothes and to protect woolens from moths, just a few drops in wardrobes or drawers are sufficient.

The Lavender essential oil blends well with: Lemon, St. John's Wort, Geranium, Melissa, Rosemary & Pine.
