I ordered it on 28/04/2022. It is very beautiful and very sturdy, you can feel that it has a nice build quality. I used it the first day I received it, turned it off, and the next day I turned it on and it displayed a "short coil" message and didn't work. From the research I did, it seems to be a common issue, but nothing I tried fixed it. I sent it back to the store and they told me they need to send it to the supplier for inspection. They sent it to the supplier (of course, days passed), and they informed me that the supplier doesn't see any issues and everything is fine, and that they will send it back to me, but I will have to bear the shipping costs (because the device didn't have any problem). I received it at my own expense, it worked, and I used it normally for a few hours until it started displaying the same message and stopped working again. I contacted the store again, and they told me they need to get in touch with the supplier and will inform me. I asked for a refund, but of course, they didn't accept it and offered me an electronic coupon for the device's value to use for purchases from the store, so I ordered another device. As of 31/5/2022, when I am writing this review, I am still without a device.
