    After a year and a half, it was displaying something strange on the screen, so I took it back for inspection and they ended up replacing it for me. Generally, there is quite a bit of noise when charging with over 600 W and when there are corresponding loads. They gave me the new model, the Delta Pro 3. Much quieter and with a larger capacity. Anyone connecting it to a panel should use a double-pole switch to change the neutral as well.

    At this moment, I am writing my experience to make some potential buyers think!!! I have the Ecoflow Delta Pro for about 4 months in a caravan, and its battery does not perform as advertised, I don't know if it was faulty since my attempts to communicate... at least... with practiker after 3 attempts were impossible!!! Contact was made with the representative in Greece and the lady at the call center told me that I have to send it for inspection in Athens (from Zakynthos)!!! Because this issue saddens me... a piece of advice, buy from a store only after inspection!!!

    Read my latest update at the end of the review. I am tidying up my review with the many notes and updates to help anyone looking for alternative energy sources. I changed the review and made paragraphs.

    --- Price:
    Purchased at 3999. (crying over 2K).

    --- General:
    The machine is good. I also have 2 more ecoflow units, one Delta and one Delta max (I've spent 10K on Ecoflow).

    --- Home Power Supply:
    If you buy the Delta PRO, you need to do the following to have power for your whole house: (except the kitchen!). Call an electrician to install a Transfer Switch in your panel. (DO NOT do it yourself!!!). The switch will have three options: Grid - off - ECOFLOW GENERATOR. The "ecoflow" option will work via input to a schuko socket (see update below). This socket will get power from the ecoflow. This socket is not one of your house sockets, it is a NEW socket, the electrician will cut the wall, install the "schuko socket" and the cable goes from the transfer switch to the input socket. You do this if you want to have the unit inside the house. There you connect one output of the DELTA PRO. ATTENTION!!! 1. The transfer switch also cuts the neutral so the battery doesn't feed power back into the grid and kill someone, and 2. FIRST connect the cable from the Ecoflow to the house power input and THEN turn on the Ecoflow if you have a male cable.*** The cable at the end will have ~220V voltage. If you touch it, you're done! I made the mistake of turning on the Ecoflow and powering the cable before connecting the terminals. By luck, I didn't touch the ends! ATTENTION! This is not a toy! NEVER have disconnected terminals if you are powering the cable! NEVER!!! Update: A few months after this installation, an electrician told me we can put a male socket on the wall and have a female plug in hand for greater safety. Keep this in mind. Talk to a professional electrician!
    ***DO NOT make a male cable. Put a male socket on the transfer switch. Talk to a PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIAN!

    I am adding 2 photos from the installations I have at home and business so you can understand roughly what I mean by the switch and the schuko socket, which as I said, I will remove by my own choice. The option labeled generator in the photos means the ecoflow. Obviously, you can also supply the sockets from a gas/petrol generator, etc., but not at the same time.

    --- How the consumption goes:
    Let me explain the Kwh sizes. The 3600Wh are consumed as follows: If you have a steady consumption of 100W, the Delta pro will "last" 36 hours minus losses (3600/100=36). If you have a steady 400W consumption (i.e. fridge, TV, some lamps, desktop pc, etc.) it will last about 8-9 hours minus losses. (3600/400) etc. The above is approximate for communication purposes.

    --- Technical Support:
    Ecoflow's support via infoquest is satisfactory, but slow. I had an issue with the small one, not the PRO, they took it, fixed it in 2 months, and sent it back.

    --- Noise:
    Tolerable up to a point at night. A bit louder than an air conditioner, maybe? Like a strong dehumidifier, perhaps? Something like that in terms of noise level. But after a certain wattage, when the fans spin up to "high" speeds, the noise is loud! That is, in the early morning it's hard to sleep if you have it inside the house. If you have a laundry room or put it in a garage/storage or in another room and close the door, you have no problem. (the storage room should not be dirty with humidity).

    --- Panel Installation:
    6 months later we added 4 Ecoflow PV panels (the ones that come in a double pack 2x400w), with a total power of 1600W. In one of the newer photos I add, you can see the maximum charging WATTS the panel system has given me when connected in series. The first time I set it up, 1280W from the panels with zero consumption, I had no loads on it, and another time 1.04W with simultaneous consumption of 564W. In the photos you also see the Ecoflow supplying power to the schuko socket and drawing energy from the panels, from the input I made with a cap that normally goes on tiles. This black cap should have been changed but in the end the machine will go to storage. (see update above) (In the photos the cables are run temporarily just to show you and the black box is unscrewed because it will eventually be changed. I'm not sloppy, don't be either :P)

    - Is it worth it in the end?:
    The VFM of the machine for someone who wants a quick solution is OK. That is, with a rough calculation we pay about €0.82/Wh (for me, with the outrageous price I bought it, it came out to €1.11/Wh), but if you look a bit for more permanent installations in warehouses etc., you can get more hours of autonomy for the same money. I don't want to bash the machine, it's just that since the positive reviews got a bit out of hand, I want to be clear so I don't mislead anyone into thinking the ecoflow is the ultimate solution. NO, it is a quick solution for someone who does not want to mess with batteries, inverters, charge controllers, etc. either because they don't know or don't have available space. That's all.

    - Update 9/6/2024: Due to the poor treatment I received from Ecoflow and the mediocre treatment from infoquest, I decided to look into it a bit more and I can say I regret the money I spent on all the Deltas. The reason we built the system is due to health problems (fridges for medicines, etc.). Unfortunately, as I research more, I discover that the investment in the Deltas was a mistake. With about 1500 euros you can buy a hybrid inverter that can take BOTH grid AND batteries AND a string from photovoltaics and gives 10,000 Watts output, not 3600W like the Delta pro. So with one system you have everything you need. The inverter consumes as much energy as the panels provide and then the rest is drawn from batteries or the grid if available. Unfortunately or fortunately I will NOT buy extra batteries for the Delta. I will keep the Delta pro as a "backup" solution for other cases with outdoor work and the house will get a normal easy quick PV system. My stars go from 5 to 3. ATTENTION: I repeat that it is a good quick solution, but not for everyone. Ideally for health issues, which is why we set it up, but for the whole house, avoid buying it.

    With €1750 I bought a Deye 10KW from abroad and with €2000 I bought a 16Kwh battery. I spent €3750 and I have better performance than the Ecoflow. Go ahead, run and buy ecoflow to throw your money away!

Απαντω στον nikoskaramarkos. Υπαρχει περιπτωση να μην εχει ερθει καλιμπραρισμενο το BMS του μηχανηματος απο το εργοστασιο. Υπαρχει ενας απλος τροπος να το φτιαξεις εαν φταιει αυτο. Θα το αφησεις να ξεφορτισει τελειως και μετα θα το φορτισεις στο 100% και θα το αφησεις κανα μισαωρο ακομα. Ελπιζω να βοηθησα

Να ρωτησω κατι οποιον το εχει. Ποιο ειναι το μεγιστο ρευμα που δινει μια πριζα του; Ξερετε αν φτανει τα 16Α; Σε αλλο power station εβαλα ηλεκτροκολληση και επεσε η ασφαλεια του.

Για αμπέρ δεν ξέρω να σου πω αν και στα specs του λεει: AC Output: 4 outlets, 230V/16A, 3600W total (Surge 7200W) surge σημαίνει στιγμιαία. Και επίσης Max Device(s) Power Supported by X-Boost 4500W. Άρα δίνει μέγιστα πρακτικά μέχρι 3600-4500 και πικ 7200 σε W. Φαντάζομαι το 16Α που λεει επάνω σε βοηθάει.

    --- How the consumption goes:
    Let me explain the Kwh sizes. The 3600Wh are consumed as follows: If you have a steady consumption of 100W, the Delta pro will "last" 36 hours minus losses (3600/100=36). If you have a steady 400W consumption (i.e. fridge, TV, some lamps, desktop pc, etc.) it will last about 8-9 hours minus losses. (3600/400) etc. The above is approximate for communication purposes.

    Ecoflow's support via infoquest is satisfactory, but slow. I had an issue with the small one, not the PRO, they took it, fixed it in 2 months, and sent it back.

    Tolerable up to a point at night. A bit louder than an air conditioner, maybe? Like a strong dehumidifier, perhaps? Something like that in terms of noise level. But after a certain wattage, when the fans spin up to "high" speeds, the noise is loud! That is, in the early morning it's hard to sleep if you have it inside the house. If you have a laundry room or put it in a garage/storage or in another room and close the door, you have no problem. (the storage room should not be dirty with humidity).

    6 months later we added 4 Ecoflow PV panels (the ones that come in a double pack 2x400w), with a total power of 1600W. In one of the newer photos I add, you can see the maximum charging WATTS the panel system has given me when connected in series. The first time I set it up, 1280W from the panels with zero consumption, I had no loads on it, and another time 1.04W with simultaneous consumption of 564W. In the photos you also see the Ecoflow supplying power to the schuko socket and drawing energy from the panels, from the input I made with a cap that normally goes on tiles. This black cap should have been changed but in the end the machine will go to storage. (see update above) (In the photos the cables are run temporarily just to show you and the black box is unscrewed because it will eventually be changed. I'm not sloppy, don't be either :P)

    - Is it worth it in the end?:
    The VFM of the machine for someone who wants a quick solution is OK. That is, with a rough calculation we pay about €0.82/Wh (for me, with the outrageous price I bought it, it came out to €1.11/Wh), but if you look a bit for more permanent installations in warehouses etc., you can get more hours of autonomy for the same money. I don't want to bash the machine, it's just that since the positive reviews got a bit out of hand, I want to be clear so I don't mislead anyone into thinking the ecoflow is the ultimate solution. NO, it is a quick solution for someone who does not want to mess with batteries, inverters, charge controllers, etc. either because they don't know or don't have available space. That's all.

    - Update 9/6/2024: Due to the poor treatment I received from Ecoflow and the mediocre treatment from infoquest, I decided to look into it a bit more and I can say I regret the money I spent on all the Deltas. The reason we built the system is due to health problems (fridges for medicines, etc.). Unfortunately, as I research more, I discover that the investment in the Deltas was a mistake. With about 1500 euros you can buy a hybrid inverter that can take BOTH grid AND batteries AND a string from photovoltaics and gives 10,000 Watts output, not 3600W like the Delta pro. So with one system you have everything you need. The inverter consumes as much energy as the panels provide and then the rest is drawn from batteries or the grid if available. Unfortunately or fortunately I will NOT buy extra batteries for the Delta. I will keep the Delta pro as a "backup" solution for other cases with outdoor work and the house will get a normal easy quick PV system. My stars go from 5 to 3. ATTENTION: I repeat that it is a good quick solution, but not for everyone. Ideally for health issues, which is why we set it up, but for the whole house, avoid buying it.

    With €1750 I bought a Deye 10KW from abroad and with €2000 I bought a 16Kwh battery. I spent €3750 and I have better performance than the Ecoflow. Go ahead, run and buy ecoflow to throw your money away!

  • After a year and a half, it was displaying something strange on the screen, so I took it back for inspection and they ended up replacing it for me. Generally, there is quite a bit of noise when charging with over 600 W and when there are corresponding loads. They gave me the new model, the Delta Pro 3. Much quieter and with a larger capacity. Anyone connecting it to a panel should use a double-pole switch to change the neutral as well.

I have the Ecoflow Delta Pro for about 4 months in a caravan, and its battery does not perform as advertised, I don't know if it was faulty since my attempts to communicate... at least... with practiker after 3 attempts were impossible!!! Contact was made with the representative in Greece and the lady at the call center told me that I have to send it for inspection in Athens (from Zakynthos)!!! Because this issue saddens me... a piece of advice, buy from a store only after inspection!!!

    The machine is good. I also have 2 more ecoflow units, one Delta and one Delta max (I've spent 10K on Ecoflow).

    If you buy the Delta PRO, you need to do the following to have power for your whole house: (except the kitchen!). Call an electrician to install a Transfer Switch in your panel. (DO NOT do it yourself!!!). The switch will have three options: Grid - off - ECOFLOW GENERATOR. The "ecoflow" option will work via input to a schuko socket (see update below). This socket will get power from the ecoflow. This socket is not one of your house sockets, it is a NEW socket, the electrician will cut the wall, install the "schuko socket" and the cable goes from the transfer switch to the input socket. You do this if you want to have the unit inside the house. There you connect one output of the DELTA PRO. ATTENTION!!! 1. The transfer switch also cuts the neutral so the battery doesn't feed power back into the grid and kill someone, and 2. FIRST connect the cable from the Ecoflow to the house power input and THEN turn on the Ecoflow if you have a male cable.*** The cable at the end will have ~220V voltage. If you touch it, you're done! I made the mistake of turning on the Ecoflow and powering the cable before connecting the terminals. By luck, I didn't touch the ends! ATTENTION! This is not a toy! NEVER have disconnected terminals if you are powering the cable! NEVER!!!
