The 35N tsikoudia will surprise you with its elegant and stylish bottle and its imaginative name, which derives from the 35N geographic parallel that crosses Crete and defines its unique climate. The aged tsikoudia is aged in oak barrels, acquiring an amber appearance, complexity, and a rounded character, with a full body and rich flavor reminiscent of caramel, nuts, and dried fruits. The distillation was carried out in copper fractional stills.
