I have been using it for about 12 years, it has cut many different shapes of iron. I have consumed many saw blades. It is not a heavy construction, the plastic handles on the regulators break or the tape has eaten the guard (I repaired it temporarily). It does not make straight cuts like a disc, but it is portable (18kg) compared to twice the weight of a circular saw, it does not produce sparks like cutting discs with a grinder, and it costs half the price of a smaller capacity circular saw (but with greater accuracy). If I were to buy now, I would choose a model with a larger cutting angle (>45)

It doesn't cut straight at all, I tried to adjust it with wheels, now it cuts curved...
It consumed 2 ribbons with 85 cuts of 60*60*2.
I wish I could return it

Just got it, the ribbon pulled outwards and ate the tape's cover. Anyway, I fixed it by removing a wheel, then it cut correctly. In 15 days, the motor burned out without using it much and cutting 40 40 in 2. Terrible. I called the store and will take it back for service. We'll see. I hope they replace it. The ribbon it had was very good

It can't cut straight at all and it also throws the ribbon away. It's a shame for the 500€

No matter what I do, it doesn't cut straight! Unacceptable.
