The solar water heater boiler by Mytherm has a nominal capacity of 200 liters and is suitable to meet the hot water needs of up to 5 people.
The boiler is the storage tank for the solar hot water. From there, the water is transferred to the house through pipes for use. Its primary function is to maintain the hot water at the appropriate temperature. Regular maintenance is needed, cleaning from salts, sludge, and other particles that may have accumulated, as well as checking the magnesium anode, which is responsible for preventing electrolysis.
It cannot operate independently; it should either replace the old boiler of the solar water heater or solar collectors should be purchased separately. It is triple energy and operates using either solar power, electricity, or the hot water from the radiator produced by the central heating boiler.
Solar energy is drawn through the collectors of the solar water heater. It features an electric heater so that it can work as a simple electric water heater on days with low sunshine. Alternatively, it has a heat exchanger (coil) inside which circulates the hot heating water produced by the central heating boiler.
It has an internal enamel coating, which protects against rust, ensuring always clean drinking water.
