    We always take calcium and D3 along with K2. Otherwise, there is a risk that calcium will stick to the arteries instead of going to the bones (atherosclerosis). This supplement has everything, but I take away one star because they are very large and hard to swallow. There is a real choking hazard.

    I cut it in half and it's still big...
    There is no way I will buy it again, only because of its size...!

    Only for people who have normal levels of vitamin D3..only for maintenance and not to increase your vitamin D3 levels..also has enough calcium, which can lead to kidney stones in people who take extra calcium..1gr -1.5gr is enough for daily intake. Smart supplement because it requires the absorption of vitamin D3 intake of vitamin K2 and magnesium..normal levels of vitamin D3 are 60-80 in other countries..here in Greece, most people settle for over 30, which is wrong because vitamin D3 is a hormone and plays a role in many functions in the body..to protect you from various diseases, you need 60-80..there are studies that you can find on the internet..
