Good air conditioner for cooling and heating, but the external unit is quite noisy in an 18,000 BTU model that I installed. The machine produces an unusual tremor that is transmitted through the base to the house as noise. When the company came to see the problem, all they told me was to place the external unit on the ground, claiming that's what everyone does. So, stay away...

As good as the company is in terms of communication with the customer, the machine they installed for me is bad, and let me explain why. As soon as I send an email to the company regarding the above issue, within ten minutes they call me and schedule an appointment for the technician to come. Indeed, the technician, who was very polite, came, opened the machine, and told me that even if they replace it with another one, it will still make the same noise. The only solution is to install the external unit on the ceiling so that the noise doesn't transfer from the machine to the house as noise. I told him that I don't have the money (70€) right now, and we can do it after the summer. Another problem is that the internal unit has a thermometer to cut off the operation when it reaches a certain temperature. The issue is that the heat rises and the sensor is in the wrong place. I set it from 26 to 30 degrees, and it cuts off when the house is at 21 degrees. If I could return it to the company and pay the difference to get a better air conditioner from the same company, I would do it.

Almost 7 months after my last comment, and the noise getting louder, I sent a video to the technician of Inventor and also to the company itself. They immediately contacted me, and within 2 days, the technician came to the house and confirmed that it indeed makes an unusual noise (fortunately, I'm not crazy). The technician sent a message to the company for replacement, and within 3 days, the external unit was changed, which is truly silent, both inside and outside. Congratulations to the company, but most importantly, congratulations to the two teams of Inventor in Thessaloniki! George, thank you very much!
Καλό κλιματιστικο σε ψύξη και θέρμανση αλλά έχει αρκετά θόρυβο η εξωτερική μονάδα σε ένα 18αρι που έβαλα. Η μηχανή βγάζει ένα ασυνήθιστο τρέμουλο που το περνάει μέσω της βάσης στο σπίτι σαν βοή. Όταν ήρθε η εταιρεία να δει το πρόβλημα το μόνο που μου είπε ήταν να βάλω την εξωτερική μονάδα κάτω και ότι έτσι κάνουν όλα. Οπότε μακριά.....

Όσο καλή είναι η εταιρεία σε θέματα επικοινωνίας με το πελάτη τόσο κακό είναι το μηχάνημα που μου βάλανε και εξηγώ.Με το που στέλνω email στην εταιρεία με το πιο πάνω ζήτημα που γράφω σε δέκα λεπτά με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και κλείνω ραντεβού να έρθει ο τεχνικός. Όντως το παιδί πολύ ευγενικό ήρθε άνοιξε το μηχάνημα και μου είπε ότι και άλλο να σου βάλουμε πάλι αυτό το θόρυβο θα κάνει και η μόνη λύση είναι να βάλουμε την εξωτερική μονάδα σε βάση οροφής ώστε να μην μεταφέρεται ο θόρυβος από την μηχανή μέσα στο σπίτι σαν βοή.Του λέω ότι τώρα δεν έχω χρήματα (70€) και ας περάσει το καλοκαίρι και θα το κάνουμε. Ένα άλλο πρόβλημα είναι ότι η εσωτερική μονάδα έχει ένα θερμόμετρο για την θερμοκρασία ώστε να κόβει την λειτουργία του όταν πιάσει την θερμοκρασία. Το καλό είναι ότι η ζέστη ανεβαίνει πάνω και ο αισθητήρας είναι σε λάθος μέρος. Το βάζω από τους 26 έως τους 30 βαθμούς και αυτό κόβει όταν το σπίτι έχει 21. Αν μπορούσα να το δώσω πίσω στην εταιρεία και να πληρώσω μια διαφορά ώστε να πάρω πάλι από την ίδια εταιρεία ένα καλύτερο κλιματιστικό θα το έκανα.

Σχεδόν 7 μήνες μετά τη τελευταίο σχόλιο μου και ο θόρυβος να δυναμώνει έστειλα ένα βίντεο στον τεχνίτη της Inventor αλλά και στην ίδια την εταιρεία. Αμεσα επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου και σε 2 ημέρες ήρθε ο τεχνικός στο σπίτι και διαπίστωσε ότι όντως κάνει ένα θόρυβο ασυνήθιστο (ευτυχώς δεν είμαι τρελός).
Ο άνθρωπος έστειλε μήνυμα στην εταιρεία για αντικατάσταση και σε 3 ημέρες έγινε η αλλαγή της εξωτερικής μονάδας που πραγματικά είναι αθόρυβη και η μέσα αλλά και η εξω.
Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία αλλά τα πιο πολλά συγχαρητήρια στα δύο συνεργεία της Inventor στην Θεσσαλονίκη!!! Γιώργο σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!
