The outdoor unit makes a serious whistling noise even with the slightest wind. It whistles when it's off, and even more when it's on. The technicians from Inventor who came said it's an installation problem, as if I live on a mountaintop. The area is windy, but is it normal for it to whistle with the slightest breeze? I don't think so, obviously the product is poorly designed. And when I say slightest, I mean it, it needs absolute stillness not to whistle.
I don't want to bother the neighbors, so this really annoyed me (along with the gaslighting technician).
I don't live in the center, so because of fewer cars the noise will be less noticeable.
Their 12,000 BTU unit whistles too.
Other than that, it works very well and has all the pluses for economy. The indoor unit is silent at the lowest setting, the outdoor one is not silent, but once the temperature stabilizes it quiets down.
The Eco feature mentioned in the name, I don't think it's anything special, it's just a remote function that sets the temperature to 25°C for cooling and the indoor fan to the lowest setting.

Έχω αγοράσει την τελευταία διετία 4 κλιματιστικά για τα γραφεία μου και για το σπίτι, inventor εγγύηση!! Αθόρυβο, άμεση απόδοση, πλαστικα παρά πολύ καλής ποιότητας, δεν κάνουν κρακ κρακ στις αλλαγές θερμοκρασίας κτλ. Αξίζει με το παραπάνω, θα το ξαναγοραζα με κλειστά μάτια.
Okay, it is powerful but it is not an inverter. If someone looks at the consumption graph from the smart plug, they will understand it is on and off all the time. As for the air conditioner, the temperatures it shows in the app are different; it says 19 in the room and 26 in the app.
Ok δυνατό είναι άλλα παιδιά inverter δν είναι. Αν δει κανείς το γράφημα κατανάλωσης από έξυπνη πρίζα θα καταλάβει είναι όλη τν ώρα on off. Το δε κλιματιστικό η θερμοκρασίες που γράφει στην εφαρμογή είναι άλλα ντ αλλά 19 στο δωμάτιο 26 η εφαρμογή.
Quiet and very efficient, it easily covers a 30sqm space with very low power consumption, user-friendly WiFi control app, and reasonable price even though we have come to times where we pay 650.00 for 12,000 BTU machines.
Αθόρυβο και πολύ αποδοτικό σε χώρο 30τμ το υπερκαλύπτει άνετα και πολύ χαμηλές καταναλώσεις ρεύματος, εύχρηστη εφαρμογή για WiFi χειρισμό και κλείνοντας λογική τιμή αν και φτάσαμε σε εποχές να πληρώνουμε 650,00 για 12αρια μηχανήματα.
For the time being, I will only rate Serviceonline's installation service as inadequate, which I was forced to cancel today. I have had the item since 4/6, and until today, 23/6, they had not even contacted me to schedule the installation, although I called them more than 5 times.
Προς το παρόν θα αξιολογήσω μόνο την υπηρεσία εγκατάστασης της Serviceonline ως ανεπαρκή, τη οποία αναγκάστηκα να ακυρώσω σήμερα. Έχω παραλάβει από τις 4/6 και μέχρι σήμερα 23/6 δεν επικοινώνησαν καν μαζί μου για τον προγραμματισμό της εγκατάστασης, παρότι τους τηλεφώνησα πάνω από 5 φορές.
The outdoor unit makes a serious whistling noise even with the slightest wind. It whistles when it's off, and even more when it's on. The technicians from Inventor who came said it's an installation problem, as if I live on a mountaintop. The area is windy, but is it normal for it to whistle with the slightest breeze? I don't think so, obviously the product is poorly designed. And when I say slightest, I mean it, it needs absolute stillness not to whistle.
I don't want to bother the neighbors, so this really annoyed me (along with the gaslighting technician).
I don't live in the center, so because of fewer cars the noise will be less noticeable.
Their 12,000 BTU unit whistles too.
Other than that, it works very well and has all the pluses for economy. The indoor unit is silent at the lowest setting, the outdoor one is not silent, but once the temperature stabilizes it quiets down.
The Eco feature mentioned in the name, I don't think it's anything special, it's just a remote function that sets the temperature to 25°C for cooling and the indoor fan to the lowest setting.
Η εξωτερική μονάδα κάνει σοβαρό σφύριγμα όταν τη χτυπάει ακόμα και ελάχιστος άνεμος. Σφυρίζει όταν είναι κλειστή, και ακόμα περισσότερο ανοιχτή. Οι τεχνικοί από inventor που ήρθαν είπαν ότι είναι πρόβλημα εγκατάστασης, λες και ζω σε βουνοκορφή. Η περιοχή έχει αέρα, αλλά το ότι σφυρίζει με το παραμικρό άνεμο είναι κανονικό; Δε νομίζω, προφανώς το προϊόν είναι κακοσχεδιασμένο. Και όταν λέω παραμικρό το εννοώ, θέλει απόλυτη άπνοια για να μη σφυρίζει.
Δε θέλω να ενοχλώ τους γείτονες, οπότε αυτό με ξίνισε αφάνταστα (μαζί με τον gaslighter τεχνικό).
Δε μένω κέντρο, οπότε λόγω αυτοκινήτων ο θόρυβος θα είναι λιγότερο αισθητός.
Σφυρίζει και το 12άρι τους.
Πέρα από αυτό λειτουργεί πολύ καλά και έχει όλα τα plus για οικονομία. Η εσωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη στη χαμηλότερη σκάλα, η εξωτερική δεν είναι αθόρυβη, αλλά άμα σταθεροποιηθεί η θερμοκρασία ησυχάζει.
Το Eco που λέει και στο όνομα νομίζω δεν είναι κάτι, είναι μία λειτουργία του remote που απλά βάζει τη θερμοκρασία στους 25 στη ψύξη και τον εσωτερικό ανεμιστήρα στο χαμηλότερο.
I have purchased 4 air conditioners for my offices and home in the last two years, inventor warranty!! Silent, immediate performance, very good quality plastics, they don't crack during temperature changes, etc. It's worth more than it costs, I would buy it again with my eyes closed.
