Cast iron is a material that heats slowly but retains heat very well for a long time. The cookware is suitable for most cooking techniques, such as frying, slow cooking, or oven cooking.

Features:

  • Pot wall thickness: 4 mm
  • Internal coating: black enamel that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking with fat
  • External finish of vitreous enamel, coated with glass powder spray at temperatures of 750 - 850 °C
  • Flat lid with small protrusions, for retaining moisture and enhancing flavors through the "rain" phenomenon
  • Base thickness: 5 mm, suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction cooktops

Do not use it in the microwave oven.
