There are five different insert grooves with diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm at the edge of the rollers. Depending on the desired curvature and the existing material thickness, the distance and angle of the roller are adjusted accordingly. The round bending machine can process workpieces with a maximum width of 250 mm.
