Owner of the 12000BTU model.
Installed in the master bedroom.
It has only been used for cooling from late May until today. Starting with performance. It works fine. In cooling for the room, which is not big of course, it cannot handle temperatures below 25°C. The climate becomes humid. Of course, compared to a toyotomi izuru 12, which I bought 10 months ago for the living room, I feel that it lacks in cooling quality. Anyway. A big plus is that in turbo mode (noisy), it sends a strong airflow into the room, covering even the front blinds, front porch in front of the AC installation area.
Beautiful exterior, with an easy and simple to use remote control. In auto mode, the noise levels are fine in general. For absolute silence, there is a silence option, which of course sacrifices some performance. Similarly, the noise from the external unit is slightly louder than the toyotomi (they are side by side) but tolerable. What stood out to me is the app. Excellent and useful. It beats any other app I have seen from other companies so far, hands down.
Negative. From day 1, in specific positions where I lock the blinds, there is a loud creaking noise. I don't know if it only happens to me. Essentially, I can't put the blinds in certain positions because of this. Quite a fail. In the end, is it worth it? Yes. If you consider that you are buying a 12 AC with good appearance, performance, features, and a WiFi app for €350, it's a deal. Otherwise, you go for bigger, more well-known brands and spend €100+.

In the heating test, the AC is a disaster. I have to set it at 28°C to reach the temperature that the toyotomi gives me at 21°C in a double-sized room. I reserve judgment for a possible issue with my model or a poor installation by the technician, as I notice that it no longer releases water from the outlet.

After a technician's visit. And €30 poorer. The AC was found to be functioning normally. No issues were detected in its operation. When asked why I have better performance in the adjacent room with the toyotomi, even with twice the square footage, the technician clearly stated that the two air conditioners cannot be compared. In short, you get what you pay for. The conclusion is as follows. If you want heating and cooling from an AC as the primary heating source, it is better to invest in a better air conditioner, without meaning that this AC is not worth buying.

Τοποθετήθηκε σε μαστερ κρεβατοκάμαρα.
Έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί μόνο σε ψύξη από τα τέλη Μαΐου μέχρι και σήμερα. Ξεκινοντας από την απόδοση. Δουλεύει μια χαρά. Στην ψύξη για το χώρο του δωματίου, που δεν είναι μεγάλος βέβαια, δεν αντέχεται κάτω από 25°C. Γίνεται τουνδρα το κλίμα. Βέβαια σε σύγκριση με ένα toyotomi izuru 12αρι που αγόρασα πριν 10 μήνες για σαλόνι έχω την αίσθηση ότι υστερεί στην ποιότητα ψύξης. Anyway. Μεγάλο συν, στο turbo mode (θορυβώδες) στέλνει με μεγάλη ροή τον αέρα στον χώρο με αποτέλεσμα να καλύπτει και προθάλαμους, προχολ μπροστά απ το χώρο που εγκαθίσταται το AC.
Όμορφο εξωτερικά, με εύκολο και απλο στη χρήση χειριστήριο. Στο auto τα επίπεδα θορύβου είναι μια χαρά σε γενικές γραμμές. Για απόλυτη ησυχία υπάρχει επιλογή silence στην οποία βέβαια θυσιάζεις λίγο από την απόδοση. Αντίστοιχα ο θόρυβος της εξωτερικής μονάδας είναι λίγο πιο έντονος από του toyotomi (είναι δίπλα δίπλα) αλλά ανεκτός. Αυτό που ξεχώρισα είναι το app. Εξαιρετικό και χρηστικότητο. Βάζει κάτω ότι εφαρμογή έχω δει από άλλες εταιριες μέχρι στιγμης για πλάκα.
Αρνητικό. Από την 1η μέρα σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία που lockαρω τις περσίδες ακούγεται έντονος τριγμος. Δεν ξέρω αν συμβαίνει μόνο σε μένα. Ουσιαστικά δε μπορώ να βάζω τις περσίδες σε κάποιες θέσεις για τον λόγο αυτό. Aρκετά fail. Εν τέλη αξίζει; Ναι. Αν αναλογιστείς ότι αγόραζεις ένα 12αρι AC με καλή εμφανιση, απόδοση, λειτουργίες, wifi app με 350€ είναι deal. Ειδάλλως πας σε μεγαλύτερες, γνωστότερες εταιρίες και σκας 100€+.

Σε δοκιμή στην θέρμανση το ΑC είναι για κλάματα. Πρέπει να το έχω στους 28° για να πιάσει την θερμοκρασία που μου δίνει το toyotomi στους 21° σε διπλασιο χώρο. Επιφυλασσομαι για πιθανο πρόβλημα στο δικό μου μοντέλο ή να οφείλεται σε κακή εγκατάσταση από το συνεργείο καθότι παρατηρώ ότι δεν βγάζει πλέον νερό από την έξοδο του.

Μετα από επίσκεψη τεχνικού. Και κατά 30€ φτωχότερος. Το AC βρέθηκε να λειτουργεί κανονικά. Δεν εντοπίστηκε κανένα πρόβλημα στην λειτουργία. Σε ερώτηση γιατί στο δίπλα δωμάτιο στο toyotomi έχω καλύτερη απόδοση ακόμα και με τα διπλάσια τ.μ ο τεχνικός είπε ξεκάθαρα ότι δεν συγκρίνονται τα 2 κλιματιστικά. Εν ολιγης ότι πληρώνεις παίρνεις. Το conclution είναι το εξής. Αν θες θέρμανση-ψύξη από AC σαν βασική θέρμανση καλύτερα να επενδύσετε σε κάποιο καλύτερο κλιματιστικό χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι το εν λόγω ΑC δεν αξίζει την αγορά.
