Δεν είναι βαριά σαν κατσαρόλα. Εγω μαγειρεύω συνήθως βραστά, οπότε δεν ξέρω αν κολλάει. Γενικά όλες οι κατσαρόλες αν δεν έχουν υγρά κολλάνε. Πρέπει να έ εις υπ επίβλεψη το φαγητό.
Είναι ανοξείδωτη όχι αντικολλητική. Πάρα πολύ καλή. Την έχουμε 2 χρόνια!
