I have the 16, which has a scop 4.6 in heating for the middle zone, meaning it operates as an A++ and not as an A+++. You always see these things in the air conditioner market, for example, Athens is a warm zone, so it will function as an A+++ in the middle zone (green zone) it will function as an A++, but still open every day for 3 months from November to February, my cleaning bill came to 80€ (iron) what can I say guys, I will open it day and night in the winter, I didn't know and I only opened it from noon until evening, about 8 hours a day... in terms of functionality, it's very warm and if I want, wherever I am in my city, I can adjust it to start heating before I go home and turn it off. In general, it does whatever setting you want, remotely controlled and the blinds look up, down, left, right without having to go up and turn them either with the application or with the remote control... the application is called Toshiba Home, either in the Play Store or the App Store, it's amazing. The house is a 2-room 58sqm and it heats it for many hours on low (2 out of 5 bars) with a temperature setting of 23 degrees on the thermostat, no need for more.
Update:
It's been about 9-10 months, I can say that I am very satisfied economically, the monthly electricity bill is almost 60 euros and I keep it on constantly, especially now that we have a baby and it's warm... the house doesn't have insulation, it has tiled floors and it's 58sqm. It takes a while for the living room/kitchen to get warm, but it doesn't burn, so you leave the air at 2/5 to blow and it's fine.
+1:
I also bought the 13 for one room, they are incredible air conditioners, I control them very well with the application, they work great in the heat, and with the 13, you will be satisfied, it has a scop 5.1 in the middle zone, it operates everywhere as an A+++. You enjoy leaving it on all day (if you can stand it)
