Tight Regular Loose
It is an ecologically made shoe without losing any of its quality (every Veja I have bought has lasted quite a few years). It is lightweight (301 g) and has very good grip. Although they present them as running shoes, I would say they are more ideal for walking/strolling, the gym maybe, and light running. The main drawback is that they are quite stiff. They do not offer the soft and "plush" feel that other shoes have. For everyday running, long runs, or marathon training, I would recommend the ASICS Novablast at a similar price.

Είναι ενα οικολογικά φτιαγμενο παπουτσι χωρις να χανει απο τη ποιότητα του (οτι Veja εχω παρει εχει αντέξει αρκετά χρόνια). Είναι ελαφριά (301 γρ.) και έχει παρα πολυ καλό grip. Αν και τα παρουσιάζουν ως running shoes, θα ελεγα οτι είναι πιο πολυ ιδανικά για περπάτημα/βόλτα, γυμναστήριο ισως και χαλαρό τρεξιμο. Το βασικό μειονέκτικα είναι οτι είναι αρκετά σκληρά. Δεν προσφέρει την μαλακή και "αφράτη" αίσθηση που εχουν άλλα παπούτσια. Για καθημερινό τρέξιμο, μεγάλα long runs ή marathon training, θα συνιστούσα σε αντίστοιχη τιμή τα ASICS Novablast.
