Edenorm 5% is a sterile hypertonic ophthalmic solution WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, featuring an innovative OSD system packaging. This packaging allows the release of a metered drop from the bottle without contaminating the remaining content, keeping the solution sterile until the expiration date indicated on the box.

It is administered after cataract surgeries, corneal transplants, congenital corneal conditions, and other causes that lead to corneal edema. It improves the patient's vision by reducing postoperative or non-postoperative corneal edema.

Composition:

  • Sodium Chloride 5%
  • Disodium EDTA 0.10%
  • Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate 0.004%
  • Polyvinylpyrrolidone
  • Hydroxyethylcellulose PE 0.200
  • Polyethylene Polypropylene Copolymer
  • Disodium Phosphate
  • Sterile Water

Instructions for use:

  • Dosage: Instill 1 or 2 drops into the eye four times daily, or as directed by the attending physician.
  • Keep the eye closed for 1 to 2 minutes without blinking after instillation.

Packaging: The box contains a multi-dose bottle (10ml).
