For someone who doesn't want to buy constantly, it is in the ideal ml. Also, qualitatively it is very good, it doesn't slip quickly from the hands and a small amount is enough. I use this for pole sport. Normally, my hands are not very sweaty but sometimes still a little magnesia is needed to avoid slipping. To me, it works perfectly.
Another team member tried it and she said it made her palms worse. Guess it depends on some individual factors if it works or not.

Good quantity, it will last for two years for me, happy with the value and the quality. Just like all magnesia liquids, the small top opening is blocked already, but to me it's not an issue, the full top bit can be unscrewed and the fluid can be accessed through there.
