I have had the roof box since January 2023. It is August 2025. It was my first roof box and until now I was satisfied and excited with its capacity.

Over these years I had it on every trip until today, when I was driving within the speed limits on Olympia Odos and inside it were my two children's scooters, their double stroller, their diapers, a backpack, toilet paper, and their life jackets (weight well below its endurance limit), the lid suddenly came off and hit the car behind me! The result was that we spent two hours with the statements and I was left trying to figure out what to do with the things.

It should also be noted that for safety reasons, if all three locking points are not fastened, the key does not come out, so it is not possible that it wasn't closed properly and I started the trip.

Honestly, if there is a way to get to the bottom of this, I want to sue the company because it was purely by luck that we didn't have any casualties!
