General usage/maintenance instructions for Cooking Utensils

Usage and care:

  • Before using this product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap, boil a small amount of water, and let it cool.
  • Carefully dry and coat the non-stick surface with olive oil if necessary.
  • It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick utensil.
  • Select the correct size of the burner and center the utensil over the heat source.
  • It is recommended to use the utensil on low or medium heat, no greater than 280° C.
  • Never cook fatty foods to the point of burning.
  • Do not use sharp cooking tools.
  • Store the utensil carefully.
  • Utensils with plastic handles MUST NOT be used in the oven.
  • Regularly check the handles to ensure they are securely attached.

Cleaning:

  • Hand washing with sponge and liquid dish detergent is recommended.
  • If using a dishwasher, choose gentle detergents.
  • Avoid using abrasive and corrosive products.
  • Do not wash aluminum utensils in the dishwasher.
  • Warning: The utensil should not be overheated when empty.
  • Allow the utensil to cool before cleaning it.
  • It is preferable to use protective gloves during cleaning.
