Set of 3 resistance bands Loop Band by Viking C-943, ideal for glute and thigh exercises. Each band has a different resistance to satisfy beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes.

All 3 bands have the same circumference length (76cm) and width (8cm) but have different densities, which determine their resistance level. The gray band (Light) has a maximum resistance of 15 kg, the pink band (Medium) has a maximum resistance of 25 kg, and the black band (Heavy) has a maximum resistance of 35 kg. 

Their major advantage is that they are made from polyester stretchy fabric, resulting in much greater durability and skin-friendliness compared to the simple rubber bands on the market. They come with a practical carrying bag.
