As a construction, it is good. However, it is quite thick. I installed it on an old front door, which was moving with the wind. I placed it on the side of the lock and above. After the installation, the door wouldn't close. With a cutter, I removed half the thickness of the material but still had issues. I had to remove the tape piece by piece because the glue is quite strong.
