I have known the brand for 25 years (I had been burned before with another model where the left front bothered me a bit) and I have been wearing size 42 for 40 years. When these arrived, I saw that they didn't have any decent anatomical insole, but I thought to myself, I have commercial ones and I'll put them in. Unfortunately, with an extra insole, the foot DOES NOT fit in at all! So you wear it as is, with a negative impact on walking. The mold is very tight, it only accepts a very thin foot, but still the right one was squeezing me, I thought it would stretch and wore it to work, it literally killed me! I asked for leave and went back home and put on others, look at what it did to my foot, it crippled me.
Today I took them to the cobbler to stretch them with a shoe tree (so the leather will break), can you imagine, a brand new shoe needing such things. I really regretted buying them but it was too late to return them since I had worn them. I got them back from the cobbler and left them in the closet for 10 days, as soon as I tried to wear them again the same problems started, I was in so much pain that I had to loosen the laces and wear them like slippers, I barely avoided being embarrassed, honestly I cry for my money.
