I have had it for 10 years. The first year it worked well. After the second year, it developed a hole in the tank, specifically in the top part, and water was leaking. Luckily, I also had an oil burner, so I didn't freeze. The company sent an electric welder from Serres to Kavala and fixed it. As long as it didn't have any issues, it worked well. In the last two years, it has developed three more holes. From what I can see, other customers also report the same problem, either in the same model or in others, for example, in the eco 350000 with 300,000 BTUs. Does that mean I have to replace a 300-kilogram machine every 10 years? What is this, a jacket? I believe that such machines should be of higher quality.

Bought 2 years ago, as soon as you learn it burns satisfactorily. For a detached house, it is more than enough, 150 sqm2 and "we boil". Good construction, just a little problem with the doors, they need adjustment.

After 8 years, a leak opened in the water tank... It is useless to us at the moment.. The circuit board and the main programming are a joke, Turkish made.

Not even 6 years passed and it tore in the "toumba", meaning in the upper part that collects the dust, it required frequent cleaning otherwise its performance significantly dropped, I do not recommend it at all!

After 6 years of operation, it started to leak at the top part where the water passes through in almost all of the swims it has made. I do not recommend it.
