Top Flash On is a No Wipe Top Coat with a unique shine, containing silver micro-particles that create stunning sparkle under flash light. It can be applied over any semi-permanent color or color gel, while the intensity of the shine depends on the light intensity and the angle of illumination.

Application Instructions:

  • Before use, shake the bottle by rolling it between your hands.
  • Apply a thin layer of the product over the properly cured surface of the Semilac semi-permanent color.
  • Cure under a UV or UV/LED lamp.
  • For more intense results, you can apply a second layer of the product.

Curing Times:

  • UV LED Lamp 24/48 W – 30 sec.
  • UV Lamp 36 W – 120 sec.
  • UV LED Lamp 36/54 W - 30 sec.
  • UV LED Lamp 12 W – 60 sec.
  • UV LED Lamp 24/36 W – 30 sec.
