If you cook something with a lot of fat, such as pancetta, the fat falls into the holes and makes a mess underneath.     Everything is very nice with this grill.
    The only downside is the slots where the grates sit. They are very small and round. As a result, if you shake the grates abruptly, they will come out of their position and fall into the burners. Imagine this happening with full skewers. I solved the problem by placing a small piece of metal. You can see it in the photo

    Portable grill but fits 25 skewers. The cast iron grates have solid surfaces above the burners and there are no ignitions. I also bought a cast iron plate that fits this specific one.

    First use yesterday, it cooks very well but there is one problem for me: in the front there are holes where the gas pipes come through. If you cook something with a lot of fat, such as pancetta, the fat falls into the holes and makes a mess underneath. Most of it, of course, goes into the little tray in the center, but still, for me this is an issue. Otherwise, it cooks well for the money and has enough power to cook whatever you want. 4/5.
