Όσες φορές την έφτιαξα με μητρικό γάλα, ενω αρχικά έπηζε κανονικά, μετά από μερικά λεπτά γινόταν πολύ ρευστή, ακόμα και εάν πρόσθετα στη συνέχεια και άλλη κρέμα σε σκόνη. Ίσως να παίζει ρόλο η ποιότητα του γάλακτος της κάθε μητέρας (λιπαρότητα). Κατά τη γνώμη μου πάντως αξίζει η δοκιμή.
