Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with a satin finish and Scotch-Brite finishing.

  • Welding in an inert argon atmosphere using the tig method.
  • Perimeter channel with smooth turns.
  • Standardized but also customizable diameter and number of exhaust and intake air holes.
  • Fat extraction pipe.
  • Fat collection tray.

Dual-energy with a 5 cm fixed airflow direction opening for incoming air.

Dual Energy hoods draw in air from the external environment, replenishing the air they exhaust.

They are considered eco-friendly as they prevent conditioned air from escaping the kitchen space, reducing air conditioning costs.
