Its operation is simple, and it only needs to be placed on a stovetop. First, fill the lower section of the pot with water, making sure not to exceed the height of the safety valve. Next, add ground coffee to the filter, screw on the top section, and place it over the heat. As the water boils, the coffee is extracted, providing a hot and fresh espresso.

The design of the pot allows for coffee extraction under steam pressure, although at a lower pressure than espresso machines, making your coffee full of flavor. It features a heat-resistant handle for safe serving and takes up minimal space in your kitchen, while its easy transport is an added advantage. For optimal performance, it is important to clean it regularly and descale it from time to time.
