Coffee Storage

Coffee should be stored in an airtight container, in a dark place free from odors where room temperature prevails. Avoid storing your coffee in the refrigerator, as low temperatures solidify the oils inside the beans which are responsible for a coffee with full flavor and rich aroma. Grind a little coffee at a time, ideally only as much as you want to consume. This way, you will have freshly ground coffee each time, minimizing the deterioration of aromas and flavor.

    after TAF pianneta. I got this one because I had run out. Very bitter and without wanting to exaggerate, I couldn't enjoy a coffee after many tries. I was forced to throw it away, emptying the grinder... even though its price was in the range of good Specialty coffees, unfortunately the chain is at the level of everest. what a pity. I have also bought a Brazil single origin, I will come back with a review but I'm afraid this one will also go to waste
