After 1 week of use:

Assembly easy and overall construction quality (screws, etc.) quite good.
Seat sliding/roller quality: average, definitely needs lube.
Handle: Poor quality (side caps came off immediately), width is insufficient.
Belt: Possibly due to being fabric, it has a slightly annoying feeling of sticking/slipping momentarily. Also makes a lot of noise (more than the fan).
Fan: After minimal workouts, it creaks very loudly, but fortunately the noise stops when it reaches speed.
Screen: very mediocre, reflects strongly, but with use with a mobile/tablet it is not necessary anyway.
Connectivity okay with kinomap.
