Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste suitable for use in various confectionery preparations. It is used to color buttercream, almond paste, fondant, gum paste, glaze, mixture, cookie dough, and more.

Instructions for use: Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the jar. For a deeper color, add more color. Knead well for uniform coloring or knead less for a marbled effect. Wash hands with warm water and soap to remove color.
