Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste, ideal for preparing and coloring various confectionery materials, such as:

• buttercream
• marzipan
• fondant
• gum paste
• glaze
• cookie mixes and doughs

The colors can be mixed to create your own shade. For use, follow the instructions below:

• Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the jar.
• For a deeper color, add more coloring.
• Knead well for even coloring or less for a marbled effect.
• Wash your hands with warm water and soap to remove the color from your hands.

Suitable for water-based preparations. Not suitable for coloring chocolate. Maximum usage dose: 1.64g/100g.
