A bottling of the Gordon & Macphail vintage Mortlach from 1949. A great aged whisky from the indie bottler of Elgin, Gordon & Macphail. This single malt Speyside was distilled at Mortlach in 1949 and has matured in a sherry cask for more than half a century. It was bottled in 2001 at the ripe old age of 51 years. A very special and very rare whisky.
