I was reading so many negative comments about its taste that every time I said I’d buy it, I changed my mind. In the end I decided to try it and said whatever happens, happens. Honestly, it doesn’t taste bad at all. Basically, it doesn’t even have a taste. It’s perfectly fine to drink, very easy to drink, and I’ve had magnesium or electrolytes or vitamins with awful flavors. This one is really fine, almost tasteless, unless I got a different product, what can I say! Now, whether it does its job will be seen in the coming period. Anyway, if you’re afraid of the taste, buy it without hesitation, there is absolutely no issue!

I have been taking this particular supplement for about a month. I am not at all sure if it does the job it promises. However, the recommended dose has not caused me any stomach discomfort.

Guys, what can I say, I wasn't thrilled... the taste is somewhat sweet-salty-sour and for me it didn't do anything crazy for my body, okay, it relaxed me from muscle soreness from the gym etc., it helped but it could have been better. I didn't feel it suited me, I wouldn't buy it again.

Based on the smartwatch data, it lowered the levels of nighttime stress, on the other hand, I think it causes intense dreams and sometimes the taste has a fishy note.

It seems to be of good quality but it causes me terrible bloating in my stomach and it takes 1-2 days to go away, bloating that feels like I've been drinking soda all day. I don't know if I will buy it again, for now it just sits on the shelf

It is a quality form of magnesium, which means it doesn't send you to the bathroom like the cheap supplements. However, from the middle down it has solidified and it's quite tiring to measure it with the scoop. The taste is terrible but better terrible than full of chemicals. If it didn't have the issue of solidifying, I would give it a 5.

It messed up my stomach. I took it twice and I was dying from cramps. Other than that, I probably had some of the best sleep of my life. What a shame...

It helped a lot with muscle fatigue and weakness. I got back on my feet. I had no gastrointestinal discomfort like with other magnesium compounds. Also, as long as I've been taking it, my sleep has improved. I recommend it if you have such symptoms.

The taste is not so good but ok, it's drinkable.. Something between salty and sour.. Nevertheless, it hasn't upset my stomach and has helped me quite a bit with cramps and sleep. I don't know if it's a coincidence but on nights when I forget to drink it, I have restless sleep.. Maybe when it runs out I'll prefer the capsules.

I have problems with my stomach and intestine, many types of magnesium bother me, but so far this one has suited me well.

I am updating because months later it still does not bother me and I have found that it helps me with bowel mobility issues, cramps before my period, etc. I don't take it every day, but whenever I feel muscle fatigue or low energy, if I remember to take it, I feel better the next day. The taste is not nice, but it's not so bad that you can't easily drink a glass of water with a scoop of magnesium.

The most absorbable form of magnesium from a reliable company (and one of the few that tests their products for heavy metals) and without sweeteners/additives, apart from the harmless citric acid (the "sour" we use in cooking). No stomach discomfort is observed at all.
