The MERCURY S3 SRC ESD work shoe by Exena belongs to the new Gravity-0 series of the Italian house. It features a unique dual-density sole that utilizes the natural shock-absorbing properties of air. The air tunnels that run through the sole allow for continuous airflow and energy return, offering over 60% greater absorption and energy return compared to regular shoes.
The breathable, antibacterial, and lightweight polyurethane insole has an air bubble in the heel area to maximize energy return. The shoe is lightweight, comfortable, waterproof, and has a lightweight aluminum toe cap capable of withstanding up to 200J.
At the back, it features heel stabilization technology that keeps the foot in place, protects it from accidental impacts, and allows for better control during lateral movements. It has an anti-slip static-protective sole made from PU.
The upper features a soft, breathable elastic sock that keeps the foot clean from dust and other external factors, eliminating the need for laces.
