Συνήθως ναι.Στα παπούτσια τρεξίματος αλλάζουν λίγο προς τα πάνω τα νούμερα.Παρε το κανονικό σου νούμερο ή αν έχεις φαρδιά πέλματα μισό νούμερο πιο πάνω.Στον γιό μου βγήκαν πολύ γερά και καθαρίζονται σχετικά εύκολα.
