Non-stick pot of Greek construction, exceptional quality, mainly suitable for gas stoves. Thanks to its special thickness, it achieves full utilization of heat for energy saving, contributing to more economical and ecological cooking. Due to the special bottom, it is also suitable for occasional use on ceramic stoves. Suitable for Greek coffee and for boiling any liquid.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Before first use, wash the pot with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
  • For better cooking results, always cook, if possible, on low or medium heat.
  • Do not overheat the pot when it is empty.
  • The pot is designed to withstand sudden temperature changes.
  • For longer life, prefer to let it cool before washing with warm water.
  • Use only wooden, plastic, or silicone tools for longer life of the non-stick coating.
  • The pot is dishwasher safe. However, hand washing with liquid soap and a soft sponge is recommended to maintain the performance of the non-stick coating and its appearance.
  • Do not leave food or liquid containing salt in the pot for a prolonged period.
