The Optimum Milling Machine is characterized by its precision. It has high concentricity due to tapered roller bearings ≤ 0.015 mm measured on the axis and a two-stage transmission motor for powerful power transmission. It also has manual axis feed and a strong DC motor with infinitely adjustable speed. The electronic safety features are in 24 Volt version and the control electronics have an integrated relay, while the control panel has a user-friendly membrane keyboard. It has a readable digital display for speed and drilling depth. The solid and large cross tables have T slots and adjustable wedges. It is equipped with adjustable stops and a fixed dovetail guide with adjustable wedges. An emergency stop switch is provided while the drilling and grinding head can tilt ± 60°. Forward/reverse rotation. It also has a machine lamp and double-row angular contact bearings on the axes, adjustable without play. The grease guards have adjustable height with a microswitch, for maximum user protection, and the X, Y, and Z axes have prepared slots for the next assembly of magnetic tapes.
