INCREDBILE GLOSS ULTRA FINISH 12000 Polishing Pastes

The Ultra Finish 12000 is a product for the final polishing stage. It consists of high-quality oils and unique micro-abrasive particles that guarantee an exceptionally deep gloss.

APPLICATION:

Identify the work surface. Apply 3 pea-sized dots (for ⌀150 mm) of Cartec Ultra Finish 12000 to the polishing pad.

• Rotary: Use the grey Cartec pad for rotary machines (RF2170 for ⌀150mm). Spread the product at the lowest setting and increase the speed to 1200 – 1500 RPM.
• Dual Action: Use the grey Cartec pad for dual action machines (RF2176 for ⌀150mm). Spread the product at the lowest setting and increase the speed to 3500 – 4800 RPM.

Work in sections and apply even pressure. Work the product slowly to build up heat. Wipe the surface well with the Cartec Microfibre Anthracite cloth (RF2210C) to remove all residual polish.

TIPS & TRICKS:

• Use a rotary machine for better results.
• Move the machine slowly over the surface to generate some heat.
• Use Cartec Panel Spray (REFLPS) to fully degrease the surface, remove residues of polish, and check the actual condition of the paint.
