This select coffee is mixed with Centenario Anejo Especial 7 Rum, creating Centenario Cafe rum. The rum production process is unique. The tropical climate of Costa Rica favors the production of a unique sugarcane, which is hand-collected every 15 months.
The sugarcane juice undergoes a fermentation process where, with a special yeast, the sugar is converted into alcohol. Distillation follows, from which new alcohol is produced, which is placed in oak barrels and the aging process begins, giving Centenario its unique taste and aroma.
